Spurring Men On
Since 2009

One Thing for Men is a weekly, non-denominational Bible study for men held every Friday morning at Restoration Church in Alpharetta, Georgia. Founded by Ron Dunn more than fifteen years ago, One Thing for Men exists to spur men on to a closer walk with God.

Every Friday, men from across the community gather at 6:30 AM. At 7:00, the morning opens with a short, expository message anchored in Scripture — one clear thing from the Word of God. Tables of men then dig in together, applying that truth to their real lives as husbands, fathers, and leaders.

"As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." — Proverbs 27:17

There's no paid staff. No overhead. No agenda beyond men getting serious about God together. Men have walked through loss, career change, addiction, marriage failure, and spiritual dry seasons — in this room, with these brothers.

The gathering runs Labor Day through Memorial Day. Doors open at 6:30 AM, the message begins at 7:00, and men are back on the road by 8:00.
